We have been in contact and I have apologized for my inexcusable ignorance with copyright issues. The piece entitled "Buttons and Bears" was immediately removed from the show and I have dismantled the box. This has been a very important learning experience for me and I will definitely be more educated in this matter for the future. Thank you again to Jennifer and C1 Art Space Gallery for being so understanding. Thanks for letting us know. Hopefully Jennifer Murphy will take the appropriate action to notify the artist and the gallery. I can only hope that Heidi Jahnke used this image in ignorance and not in malice, and was not aware of the very serious copyright and ethical issues at stake.
