you’re right. i tend to keep a pen and pad in my purse because I see inspiration for new knitting designs everywhere.

This is why Jesus bestowed upon us the Moleskine and the digital camera–to make quick sketches or take pictures of stuff when you see it. I have sketches or shots of carpet patterns from airports and libraries, cobblestone formations from Portugal, plant shapes from various gardens. Someday maybe they’ll actually see fabric…!
