blog: Irish craftworker’s good life

This Irish blog about a families relocation to the country and their journey to rediscover nature and get back to basics has me hooked. I love the felting tutorial here, and the living willow house sculpture (see image above) has me so very jealous (can I do that in Australia?), and the hares - love the shabby dear hares.

About the living willow house, they planted/built one of those in the garden of the summer camp I used to attend/work at (YMCA Camp Jones Gulch, La Honda, California). They ARE amazing.

I’m so pleased you enjoy my blog, and I’m thrilled to be featured on Whip-Up, thank you. I can’t wait until spring when the willow house bursts into leaf, I suspect there will be many a teddy bears picnic hosted here this year!
