I hope someone can help me: Quite recently, I found a link to an online store selling, among other things, beads that look like old-fashioned typewriter keys. I took a note of the site’s address, and thought I bookmarked it as well, but both have now mysteriously disappeared.
I am fairly certain I found this through a blog, but I am not able to find the link (or the blog) again. Does anyone out there have any tips? There must be others who would LOVE to have these beads…

Hope this helps!
Banzailibrarian has some for sale at her shop on Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=488692
Are these they?
Thank you! Those are excactly what I needed :)
Hooray!
Westrim published a craft flyer with them, but they are not in the online Westrim catalog, nor did they ever appear at Michael’s or Hobby Lobby. I know they existed, because several magazines featured projects using them in 2006.
This is where you will find what you are looking for I think.
Sold at Uncommon Goods dot com: actual typewriter keys (I’m pretty sure) encased in metal.
