Hi, I just bought a used Phaff Hobby 1016 from a yardsale. I love it but it doesn't have a cover or instruction book. So I started looking for cover patterns and found your blog. I will visit you again. Oh yes I have 6 sewing machines. A 1909 Damascus Rotary Treadle, a 1917 New Home treadle with a boat bobbin and a 1920 Singer treadle. My electric maches are 2 Singers and the Pfaff I just bought. Sincerely yours, Martha

I finally added photos of two sewing machine covers I made oh, probably 3 or 4 years ago. Lots of fun to embellish them! Maybe they'll inspire someone to greater heights (someone with a bit of spare time!). Sewing machine covers

This is weird because every sewing machine I've ever had has come with its own cover...

I can see that I need to add photos of my sewing machine covers to my blog. After spending a rather large amount of money to clean them, I made covers for my New Home and the Singer. Both are crazy quilted and embellished; one with hand embroidery, the other with machine embroidery. When I get them online, I'll add another comment.
