Inspirational studio space: Heather Bailey
I really hope that this photo was taken after a really big clean up and that this is not how it is all the time. Because if that was the case - there really is no hope for me after all - but at least now I ‘get’ how she can turn out such beautifully designed and made objects. Go and admire the rest of the photos of Heather Studio.

although not anywhere close to as beautiful, my craft/sewing space is usually that clean for only about 10 minutes after i’ve cleaned.

The Sweet Shop, she calls it. I’d have to agree.

Oh I love looking at pics like these, that’s gorgeous! But that’s GOT to be an “after” picture!

It’s so clean and beautiful, I wouldn’t be able to get any work done in it. I’d have to do all my cutting and piecing and gluing and knitting (and stomping and cursing) in the hallway…

Hmmmm. Whip-up’s subheading is “handcraft in a hectic world”. I don’t think Heather Bailey’s world is hectic. I think it is ordered to within an inch of its life. I think this comment will make me very unpopular but that room would kill any creativity I have. Each to their own, I suppose.
