Unfortunately, we can’t do peg dolls in France. We don’t have that sort of pegs !
They are so “chic” !

these are like skinny model clothespin dolls from “the sartorialist” .. i’m afraid my dolls would have looked dumpy beside them!
shirley jackson wrote a great bit about clothespin dolls in one of her books about raising her children .. “life among the savages” or “raising demons”. she talked about using crepe paper to make all kinds of outfits and accessories.
