Why would one want to decoupage an embroidery hoop? I’d be afraid of getting glue gunk or ink on my white canvas.
Found this on the tutorial site: “I was in a fabric store today and they had a wall with different sized embroidery hoops on it. Each hoop had a nicely patterned piece of fabric inside it. A nice decoration. I could see your decoupaged hoops as frames for photo transfer photographs on blank fabric.”
I used to make potpourri holders from small wooden embroidery hoops that I painted first, but this would be easier.
