Tejemanejes is actually not about weaving but about knitting.

Tejer is a generic verb that used alone means “weave” but in conjunction with other words “tejer punto” = knitting, and “tejer con palillo” = knitting, and “tejer con gancho” = crochet, and “tejer con una aguja” = crochet, and “tejer crochet” = crochet.

Hope this helps.

“Tejer” means “knit” in Spanish and after visiting the website I’m pretty sure the online mag is about kitting and crocheting – not weaving.

Um…these are knitting patterns, not weaving patterns.

You might try copying the instructions and entering them in the babelfish translator at altavista.com…. I use that site frequently for work related matters but it might work for crochet/knit instructions too.
