Will we get to see them up soon? (and couldn't we do a rotating one so that everyone enjoys them all?)

I was afraid the winner would win. It tries to be all things to all people, but the result is very busy and, well, hectic. The little circles seem to speak more to "design" than "craft." My favorite was the 2nd place winner because it had more of a handcrafted feel than a designy feel. The current/old banner, though it featured a knitted texture, still seemed to represent all kinds of handicraft.

I did vote but my favorite, which was the best of them all, ;-) did not win.

Kabira, I agree with you. None of the entries really captured the dynamics of Whip Up. Perhaps more entries should be tested?
(For the record, would not be able to make a better banner myself, than any of the entries.)

With no offense to any of the submissions, I didn't vote because none of them fully said to me the diversity, enthusiasm and creativity that whipup is for me.

I am thrilled with the winner....it was my absolute favorite!! I'm even thinking you might be able to change out a few of the pictures in the disks at some point or use them for a contest of some sort (i.e. find the whatever). Also, thanks to your recommendation, I have ordered a few of the prize books for myself. Can't wait for their arrival! Love your site....it always inspires me....thank you....
