My husband is a home cheesemaker and he blogs about it from time to time at http://sourcescollective.com/blog/?cat=15 if anyone would like to be a fly on the wall and watch. So far he’s made mozzarella, Gouda, Stilton, cream cheese, cheddar, and just made his first batch of emmental last week.
