Homemade pasta is such a great way to spend time in the kitchen. It’s like being a kid again and playing with play dough, though usually those around you are much more impressed with the final product when it’s pasta.

There is no comparison between the taste of freshly made pasta and pre-made! If you have a stand mixer with pasta attachments, it’s also very easy.
