I almost bought this book, but decided against it at the last moment since I have other “simple” sewing books with lots of inspiring photos. Now seeing your photos I wish I’d picked it up! Maybe one day I’ll grab it. I especially like that bag with the newspaper pocket!

There's a fun Flickr group Lotta Jansdotter Simple Sewing showing projects made from this book. I love seeing different versions of the patterns. They lend themselves so well to individualization.

I just got mine, and I love the aesthetics. My only gripe is that there should be a little more diagram to help you along, seeing as how she illustrated the whole book. But it is one of my favourite books – it’s very inspirational.
