I am starting up an internet campaign to raise awareness of mental illness, particularly Depression. Titled “Knit and Fight the Black Dog” I am hoping that people will come forward and share their experiences with similar conditions, and if their craft has helped them in anyway. I am a new crafting blogger and I have made my first tutorial. It is a tutorial for children to make their own fabric collage which is then mounted onto a canvas. My 6 year old had a ball doing it and it kept her attention for an hour or so on a rainy Sunday afternoon…
