And I have to say I LOVE them! They are beautiful, vibrant and full of life. Where can they be sourced from? I have been looking around on the net, but so far I have not found anyone that supplies them.

I just discovered chitas from Saidos da Concha… And I have to say I LOVE them! It's a pity patchwork is such an ellitist thing in this country, back at home (in Brazil) it is still a way to recycle old clothes and sheets, with yo-yos and similar creative techniques! ;-)

I love chita and in the UK I could never find anything as colourful and cheap. Chita is also a Portuguese type of fabric; in fact, the Portuguese introduced chitas in Brazil several centuries ago. Portuguese chita is much more discreet but it's very pretty too!

I love Brazilian chitas, they are so colourful and cheerful!
