Check out the archives of Echoes of a Dream at http://simmy.typepad.com/
Simmy has done extensive natural dyeing experiments and her blog is so beautiful.

I have several posts about natural dyeing, with lots of different plants.
This one might pass as tutorialish. English at the bottom of the post.

Check out http://www.aurorasilk.com. She has some great tutorials on her website. Just click on natural dyeing and you will see the tutorial section. She also sells all the supplies plus lots of other cool stuff.
