What a nice dilemma to have, in way… I’d love to get my hands on some material to make rag rugs! But you could probably donate to a senior citizens or community center, maybe even offer to teach a class or give a demonstration to get others started on this great recycle craft. Good luck!

Keep America Beautiful also has numerous local chapters throughout the United States. They may be a good organization to contact. I know our local chapter is always looking for ways to teach people how to recycle in creative ways, and they may be able to re-distribute or teach a class to elementary students, etc.

Michelle has a great idea. Rag rugs tie in nicely with recycling and sustainability. If I were in your area I would love to take a class from you.

teach a class with a small fee, and offer the supplies :) . in a two hour class, you’ll get rid of all your supplies, you’ll gain some fresh money, and probably some new nice friends :)
