this is a modified version of the baby cap and mittens from Minerva, by WIP insanity – she used a hi-res screen capture of these charactors to create her own charts. (via ravelry)

This is a great project, but the links were of no help at all in finding any more information about it.
The links in this post take me to: the generic pattern, the creator’s blog (which I had to trawl through using the blog search and my browser’s Find feature) and a generic link to the main Ravelry page.
