My daughter is constantly asking me to make things for her. So asked for a knitted strawberry shaped hat. I tried my first hat using circular needles and it was going along swimmingly until I discovered that I had somehow inverted my needles and had made a figure 8 instead of a circle. Hat number 2 provided less a disaster. She now proudly wears her strawberry hat and has asked for a mini version for her baby sister.Kathleen Molloy, author - Dining with Death www.diningwithdeath.ca

Handy.
