tutorial: thread catcher for your sewing machine

Like this idea, wonder if you use oilcloth for the pocket lining to stop threads from sticking to the inside of the pocket?

    This looks like a very handy item. And I agree with you about using oil cloth as a liner, or even the lightweight see through plastic to make it easier to clean out the thread. Great idea though!

    I like that idea. I can’t hang my rotary cutter on the side of a table ’cause i have a 2 year old hehe but i could use it as a trash can. I’ve also found that i like to turn my pin cushion upside down where the green is up against the table that way it’s more stable and flatter on the table and the pins can go anywhere on the bottom part of it. hehe :) I do like the black and white though. My sewing machine is in the shop right now. Otherwise I’d probably go make this right now. LOL :)
