- cm
- expanded sizing up to youth 8 (what about the big kids? :) )
- more binding info
- more info on attaching the binding to the neck.

Thanks, for shaing a beautiful and well laid out tutorial. I just wish my girls were still small to enjoy- perhaps I could super size up the pattern to fit me.
