		<description>Here in Australia, Butchers paper is thin white paper with no waxy or plastic side.  To have a go at this craft, you need to track down some &quot;Freezer Paper&quot; which is an everyday grocery item in the US, but here is is only found in Quilting/Patchwork stores and some craft stores.  You could also try Spotlight (my local one has it) but my local Lincraft does not carry it.
Otherwise, you could befriend someone in the States who could send you some :-)</description>
