We’ve got a couple lights we can use outdoors…. could just do a cutout of something scary – place the light (dim) behind it…. instant atmosphere. Thanks for the idea-starter!

3 dawn October 16, 2008 at 11:18 pm: We happened across this idea last Halloween, we have “gravestones” in the front yard and little clay votive holders with jack o’lantern faces cut out. We cast the faces onto the stones and it was very eery. The kids loved it.
