It just so happens I had an apple pattern like that saved to my desktop. I hope this is what you’re looking for.

thank you so much for sharing my pear! i used the pear pattern from UK Lass in the US (http://uklassinus.blogspot.com/2007/11/its-all-gone-pear-shaped.html)
- but enlarged the pattern to make the pear taller and more plump at the bottom. i filled it with mulling spices, put a stick and a leaf in the top and sewed it up. voila! i’m giving one away over at my blog :)
