make a joey pouch

Australians at the moment are suffering from devastating bushfires, with deaths up to 181 at last count.

As well as people the wildlife are also suffering – and the RSPCA is busy sheltering homeless joeys and koalas. Snowpeal is appealing for donations of handmade pouches saying “The RSPCA and other animal rescue groups, like WIRES, will run out of towels and pouches very quickly.” contact Kristy if you can help. Information about making pouches can be found on the WIRES website. Check in to the RSPCA website to find out how you can help.
