    hmm… depends on the time of year, i would start by thinking of a theme and fill in from there. i am thinking spring:spring cleaning: i would include a couple knit dishcloths, recipes for natural cleaning supplies and a cloth shopping bag… and I always toss in hand dipped beeswax candles

    Ooooh – Mix Tapes are my favorites and I still make them for my friends on my old school stereo system :-) A few of my recent recurring songs would have to be “Broke” by Modest Mouse and “Sacramento Avenue” by Rose Polenzani. Also “The Beer” by Kimya Dawson.

    I Love Love Love mixed tapes. I actual joined myspace so I could participate in a mixed tape club, which was hella fun.

    It is hard to narrow it down to just two! Currently my husband is stationed in Georgia while I am here in Virginia so I would have to say my two required things are:
    1. Photos of my husband surrounding my crafty space
    and
    2. A long phone call with a good friend (husband or otherwise) before getting crafty :)

    1. Spice Girls music – I am unafraid to admit that I still love them, and as a usually introverted person, their music always makes me want to create flamboyant, extroverted jewellery, which is always an adventure of the unknown for me!
    2. Chocolate, chocolate chocolate. No matter what form it is in – hot chocolate, biscuits – I think chocolate makes the world go round!

    First, Linford Detweiler’s amazing, surreal piano music- I listened to that while freehand drawing clouds on my artroom ceiling and it is so tranquil.
    And fine, fine, dark chocolate. The finest, and best I can find.
