how-to: freezer paper foundation piecing

Looks interesting, but I don’t know if it would be quicker or more accurate. Anyone tried this technique? Link.

I use freezer paper for my paper piecing because I suck at the real way of doing it, but I don’t do it this way, I make a template like that, but I iron the pieces onto my fabric and cut them out like templates, then sew them together. Takes a little work, but my blocks come out nice and I think it uses less fabric.

Thanks for the link to my tutorial!
In answer to your question: This technique is not more accurate than any other but it does allow for more accurate cutting of fabric, which results in less wastage (I hate wastage). And since you don’t sew through the paper, it’s MUCH easier to remove when you’re done.
