Great idea about the PFD fabric and great tutorial. One quick question about #8

"8. I apply double-sided fusible to the back, folding over edge to catch with the fusible. Then remove backing paper and fuse to the item,"

Do you fuse one side of fusible to the back of label, then turn under extra to back and fuse to quilt? Or...

Turn under extra first, then fuse label side of fusible to label, then fuse back side of fusible to quilt?

I have struggled with this part, especially since I don't do much applique so this is not a technique I use very much. Can't wait to try this one. THANKS!
