I am just at awe with the pattern for this bowtie! It is a bit challenging as I just taught myself the basics of crocheting at the beginning of this year. I have asked a few questions from others who are really too advanced to answer my beginner questions, and sometimes the library, videos and books suffice. Your pattern taught me how to stick with it when I become discouraged and want to throw in the towel. Long story short, I completed A & B parts, but I am lost on how to make it longer to fit my husband's neck. I looked at the pictures, but I don't know which ends are supposed to be extended. The shape looks like a fish with a fin. Do I extend the fin looking side or the part that looks like the mouth of the fish? I hope I have not confused you, because I am. Thanks so much for any assistance you can provide.
