I love crocheted edges on shirts/tops. I also adore amigurumi – if i have time, i want to make some cute crochet christmas decorations.

Crochet trims on table linens are so beautiful. And I love crocheted flowers worn as pins. I have some lacey crocheted doilies that I layer on trays to create a base for a vignette with things like plants, driftwood, stones and shells.

I like to cut the neck and sleeves off thrifted t-shirts and then use that fabric as yarn and crochet a new neckline for the shirt. Easy and cool!

i’m typically not a contest person, but i must really want this book – this is the second time i’ve entered a giveaway for it! i love crochet, and have recently been working on a hexagon tablecloth. it will take a long time, i’m sure, but i can’t wait to spread it on my table.

My favorite way to wear crochet right now is with crocheted necklaces. I found some old wooden beads and I finally figured out how to make a “ball” around them, for a cute, thick, funky long necklace. I just add a few together for color against a really simple shirt and cardigan. Always in style.

I bet with this book, I could totally deck myself out. (hint, hint, hint)

I love to crochet and really enjoy making pillows, blankets and doilies. I have started to make other things and would love to use flowers or edgings to decorate cardigans or simple househodl items such as pillows or aprons. This book looks like it has lots of lovely ideas!

I am currently making the Babette blanket from Interweave. I’ve told my partner that the little crochet squares covering every space in most rooms of the house are part of my new interior design – I don’t think he believes me!
