whipup roundup

The first week back to school after mid year 3 week break + and daylight savings starting + kids addicted to late night reading = very difficult to get organised and get going to school in the mornings. However I am still determined to feed them a cooked breakfast before packing them off in the mornings – they are often so busy at school that they forget to eat! So quick midweek cooked breakfasts at our house often include eggs – scrambled or fried, french toast in an easy favourite and if I get up early enough I sometimes put on some breakfast muffins – totally delicious and easy to make recipe at red cordial revolution.
