I made salt dough ornaments over 30 years ago and sold them at craft fairs. It was a pretty good business for a stay-at-home mom. My husband even helped me paint them. For every design I sold, I kept one and now enjoy seeing them on my sons’ Xmas trees. I painted a date on most of them and can see where some were broken and glued back together, because as toddlers, they loved to take them off the tree and carry them around.
