Spoonful is a new Aussie zine from Anthea Krook – she says of Spoonful: … is a short and inspiring little publication which, in light of our insanely busy lives is short enough to complete by the end of a bus-ride and will genuinely make you smile. It’s all about finding ways to reflect and become happier people in our everyday lives, all wrapped up in beautifully gentle and creative design. + it is printed on 100% recycled Australian Paper.

thanks Julie for sending in this tutorial link – patchwork ironing board cover: I sew for living, which means that I find myself spending a lot of quality time at my ironing board. I go thru those store bought (and not very attractive) covers a lot, so I decided to pretty up ironing board, using the contents of my scrap basket, and not only is it great to look at, but it turned out to be quiet sturdy and with a nice thickness that will last me a long time.
