Its been a busy week at whipup – with a bit of a festive holiday look and a new banner to celebrate. Some insider info about me, editor of whipup, is revealed in a meme I took part of – thank you to everyone for the really kind emails and responses.
I have really enjoyed the best of .. patterns series I have been putting together – and from the responses I know you have enjoyed them as well – I am hoping to put more of these together soon. If you haven’t yet seen – best of knitting pt.1 & pt.2 and best of crochet patterns.
It is hard to get away from the holiday cheer and we are totally loving it here at whipup – wreath mad (more and more), and ornament crazy (more) and advent extravaganzas , (more and more).

The whipup 2009 calendar features 13 artists/makers/designers whose work has been featured on whipup. This year I hand picked the participants but next year I hope to open it up for everyone. Over 13 days I will be featuring each of the participants – so you can get to know them (if you don’t already) a little better.
November creative team is Pimp stitch: www.pimpstitch.com. Pimp Stitch was founded by Tamie Snow of Roxycraft, Amy Cluck of Peptogirl and Lauren Brandy of Goody-Goody. They formed pimp stitch in the hope of bringing some friends together and showcasing their art.
