From Laura Koniver – Heartsong Fine Art blog. I had so much fun making it… it took about 5 minutes and 8 dollars :) for any folks that don’t have a costume and are looking to throw one together. It looks loads nicer then a store bought costume, is much more customizable, and honestly, it is easier to throw this cape together then it is to find your keys and go to a store to buy one!
