round-up

This week has been so busy – my daughter turned 10 and we had a pre-teen disco – it was a huge hit with homemade pizza and pavlova and lots of pop music. I haven’t done much making this week – have been busy getting my manuscript for next book to my publisher – sent it off yesterday – still some details to finalise but am so relieved never the less. This week I will be in Melbourne at the Stitches and Craft show, Friday, Saturday and Sunday I will be at the Can Do book stand (Stand 158) on the ground floor at 11.30am and on Saturday I will be in studio 1 at 10.20am talking about everything from blogging to quilting and of course the new book. I am also really looking forward to Jodi Carlton’s talk on blogging on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 1.30pm, and there looks to be a great class run by Tegan from Ink + Spindle on screen-printing,
